Here are some of my favorite low-fat foods that I continued to eat after finishing the strict protocol:

  • Any fruit - fresh, canned, or frozen
  • Trader Joe’s non-fat greek yogurt (fat free)
  • Trader Joe’s Vanilla Meringues (fat free)
  • Trader Joe’s Dried Orange Slices (fat free)
  • Rice crackers (check fat content!)
  • Salsa (fat free)
  • Biltong (4g)
